Business Hours
Our customer service center is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Saturday 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time.

Order Status
Order status is not available online at this time. Please call or email our customer service department at 888-901-2655 or sales@accenthaven.com  with any questions regarding your order.

Shipping Policy
Regular delivery is 2-4 weeks. You may choose expedited services for an additional fee. Our customer service department will notify you by a follow-up email if any of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock. Please be aware that some items are Import Status merchandise. Delivery of these items can take up to 4 months for delivery. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. Items that are weight or size prohibitive may be subject to additional shipping charges.  Accent Haven ships by UPS or FEDEX. UPS or FEDEX do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are available only through 2nd Day or Next Day Air services.

Shipping Within The United States
We offer UPS and FEDEX Ground and services for your convenience. You may choose from the following shipping options:
UPS Standard Overnight - Delivery is by 3 P.M. the next business day to most U.S. addresses (by 5:30 P.M. to other areas). Not available to Hawaii or to rural Alaska Prices for Standard Overnight are based on dimensional weight and location of delivery. Accent Haven charges our customers the published UPS rates for expedited shipping. We do not add additional handling fees to this rate. The base shipping rate will appear in your shopping cart prior to placing your order. This method of shipment may be subject to an additional dimensional weight charge, over and above the shipping charge calculated in our shopping cart. This charge will be added to your credit card at the time of shipment. Unfortunately, we can not accurately estimate this charge prior to the order being packed for shipment.
UPS Ground - Delivery within the continental United States,  Monday through Friday. UPS Ground is not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska or Hawaii .

Payment
Accent Haven accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and  COD's. Personal checks and money orders are accepted. Merchandise will be shipped after personal checks clear. We recommend allowing extra 7 to 10 business days for orders that use a personal check as payment.

Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you purchase from Accent Haven, return them for a full refund, less shipping costs, within 30 days.  Returned merchandise must be received by Accenthaven.com in the exact same condition it was sent in.  All merchandise must be returned in the original box or packaging, in resalable condition.

Damaged Merchandise
If any item you purchase from Accenthaven.com arrives broken, please contact us immediately by phone, fax or email. We will place a claim with UPS or FEDEX for the damaged merchandise and send you a no cost replacement. We ask that you hold any broken items and the original packaging it was shipped in for 7 business days. UPS or FEDEX will contact you to arrange pick up of the damaged merchandise.

Accent Haven guarantees our customers that we only sell 100% officially licensed and authentic product. Everything we sell comes directly from the manufacturers that we represent. Our reputation is impeccable and we will only sell merchandise that is 100% authentic.
